March 1888 Levi Cress deeded to him 300 acres (but H/390 doesn’t show any purchase price) which he turned around and sold to several people incl. someone from “Shicago” for $450. (SV-297 H/390)
1900 KY census: Living in Leslie co., KY with wife, Lucinda, and 6 kids (SV-165)
