Notes for Sarah Howard
Samuel Howard’s 1834 pension declaration states that in 1781 he moved to Greenbrier County and stayed there seven years. Then he moved to Hawkins County for one year and then to Powells Valley, Russell Co., VA for 6 or 7 years. (SV-1886.8)
