Andrew accepted $1.00 from Rudolph Turk to guarantee payment and promised to sell Rudolph Turk 170 acre parcel on which he currently lives (adjoining land owned by Wm Grooh & George Fauver), land which Andrew purchased from Wm Lusk & McClure.
