Marcia Cater (Dec. 1, 2002 e-mail) says she has an Elizabeth Miller, born May 1802 in VA who settled in Kanawha Co., VA who parents might have been John & Elizabeth. (SV-980)
1810 VA census: This is probably them: Rockbridge co. John aged 26-44; 1 boy <10; 1 boy 16-25; 1 girl 10-15; 1 woman 26-44 (Elizabeth would have been 37 yrs).
Note: There are 2 other John Miller families in Rockbridge co. in 1810 but in the first John is aged 26-45 but no woman listed (of course Elizabeth could have died); in the second John Miller family, John is only 16-25 so he is too young. (SV-659)
1823 Her father left her 50 pounds currency in his will (SV-149 & 183)
SV-184 & 251 & 335 say she was born in 1773 in Virginia (but that’s hard to believe). (SV-403)
