It appears from the reading of the 1809 Complaint: Summers vs. Summers in Chalkley Vol. 2 pg 151 (SV-664) that after her husband’s death, Elizabeth Ridenour Summers married Thomas Allen of Russels co., VA.
SV-356 page 2 shows him on the list of complaintants of John Summers is Elizabeth (his wife) Nicholas Cress’ widow or another Elizabeth??
