The following indicates that Robert Woodson Sr. was her father: 1717 Henrico Co., VA Deeds: Robert Woodson, Sr. of Henrico Co. for diverse good causes, to my loving daughter, Sarah, now wife of Joseph Passon (sic) of same, 158 ac. near a place called Dover on a branch of Genitoe Creek (being part of a greater patent to me 3 Dec. 1714) bounded by Rocey Spring & Benjamin Woodson.
